The Oakland County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Law-Related Education Committee hosted its 16th Annual Youth Law Conference “The Real Thing – Law in Your Life” on Monday, April 26, at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy. The conference was a one-day event for high school seniors that featured a variety of legal issues. This year seminar topics included “Using Forensic Evidence to Solve Crimes,” “Criminal Law,” “Entertainment Law,” “Interpersonal Violence,” “Can I Get Sued for That!?”, “Employment Law,” “K-9 Unit,” and “Law & Technology.” Taking part in the conference were (l-r) Melinda Deel of Melinda N.
