Former Michigan attorney general Frank Kelley presented the keynote address Friday, Oct. 11, at the 2013 Wayne Law Review Symposium. The daylong symposium, “A Wave of Change: Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Michigan’s Constitution and the Evolution of State Constitutionalism,” brought some of the state’s brightest legal minds to Wayne State University Law School.
