Firm to host webinar on the Canadian anti-spam legis

Do you send commercial electronic messages to any Canadian consumers or Canadian businesses? If so, join Dickinson Wright Attorneys Wendy Hulton and Dan Ujczo for an insightful webinar on Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) from 3-4 p.m. on June 12.

The CASL begins on July 1 and will affect all businesses that send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to either consumers or businesses in Canada. CEMs may include e-mails, voicemails, text messages, social media, and instant messaging. If you wish to continue sending email to Canadian consumers and businesses after July 1, you need to understand how to comply with CASL.
