Power Lunch

The RISE Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, continued its Power Lunches: Selected Topics in Federal Litigation brown bag lunch series on Wednesday, Jan. 14, in the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.  Erin Behler (right) of Nemeth Law PC was happy to welcome guest speaker Wayne State University Law School Professor Robert Sedler (left) who spoke on “The Constitution and Presidential Power.”  Sedler discussed the often-misunderstood principles of “justiciability,” including standing, mootness, and the case-or-controversy requirement.
