Cappuccino with Counsel

Miller Canfield intellectual property lawyers Caroline Giordano (third from left) and Kimberly Berger (third from right) led the discussion which took a look at what is and is not protectable under copyright and trademark law; nuts and bolts of registration for software trademarks and copyrights; and the benefits and potential risks of trademark and copyright registration for software owners. Also on hand for the discussion were (l-r) Jerry Curtis, Jeffrey Richardson of Miller Canfield, Bob Ford, Phil Goy, and Adam Link.
