Kreis Enderle announces new associate

Ellen L. Nendorf has joined the firm of Kreis, Enderle, Hudgins & Borsos, P. C. as an associate.  Nendorf earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law as a Dean Charles H. King Scholar in 2012. Her practice is focused primarily on insurance law, litigation, and family law.  Ms. Nendorf is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.


Baciak joins Smith Haughey


Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that attorney Matthew J. Baciak has joined the firm’s Grand Rapids office. He is a health care, business, and corporate law attorney in Michigan.

Baciak represents individuals, businesses, and health care providers while working with real estate, entity information, taxation of business enterprises, health care and commercial litigation matters. Active in his profession and community, he is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and also volunteers for the Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army.

Baciak is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He earned a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from Albion College, where he graduated Cum Laude with honors.
