Arthur J. Gallagher Rick Management Services hires Steve Kluting in Grand Rapids
Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. has hired Steve Kluting in its Grand Rapids office. Prior to joining Gallagher, Kluting was the Chief Strategy Officer for a West Michigan food company, and the co-chair of Varnum Law's Food Industry Group. At Varnum, Kluting developed specialized expertise and significant experience working with FDA regulated companies advising clients on several key areas. He is a certified HACCP Manager and Certified Food Defense Coordinator.
In his new role as Area Vice President for Gallagher's Food and Agribusiness Practice, Kluting will assist Gallagher clients with their risk management issues, including contract review, crisis event preparation and crisis event management, and will keep clients up-to-date on the ever-changing regulatory landscape, including changes brought about by the Food Safety Modernization Act and GMO labeling laws. In addition, Kluting will work to grow Gallagher's Food and Agribusiness practice locally and nationally working with other offices across the United States.
