Willis Law expands its Kalamazoo office staff


Willis Law is pleased to announce that it has made the following new hires for its Kalamazoo office:

Michele M. Guyman has joined the firm as a Paralegal. She has a diverse background as a paralegal, working for several prominent law firms in the area. She most recently worked at Warner Norcross & Judd, LLP, as a Legal Specialist and brings a great deal of experience in corporate and real estate law with her to Willis Law.

Adam J. Knott has joined the firm to assist with the accounting practice. Knott earned a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University. He most recently worked for Tourney Consulting Group in Kalamazoo.

Aaron M. Mc Vay has re-joined the firm to assist with property management. He previously worked for Willis in a clerk capacity.

Mandra L. Warzecha has joined the firm as a Paralegal. Warzecha has significant legal experience in corporate, real estate, estate planning and estate and trust administration. She most recently worked at Velo Office in Grand Rapids as the Legal Dept. Manager.

Neil Kimball included in Chambers High Net Worth Guide
 

Mika Meyers attorney Neil L. Kimball was recently included in the global legal ranking firm Chambers’ guide of professionals who service High Net Worth individuals called Chambers HNW. Qualities on which Chambers bases its individual attorney rankings include “technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.”

Kimball was listed as one of 20 attorneys in Michigan.The HNW guide includes client comments it received regarding Neil. One client commented “He is a good person to work with because of the approach he takes, which is one of getting to the best solution for his client.”
