The State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section’s Commercial Litigation Committee and the Small Business Forum presented “Business Courts: Past, Present, Future” on Thursday, March 29, at Columbia Center in Troy.

The program provided insight into Macomb County Circuit Court’s Specialized Business Docket, effective November 2011; how Kent County Circuit Court launched its own business docket; and what Oakland County Circuit Court has planned.
An update on what’s happening with business court legislation in Lansing was also provided.
