For the 2013 Annual Challenge, the Young Lawyers Section of the Macomb County Bar Association (MCBA) faced the New Lawyers Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) in a Charity Dodge Ball Tournament on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at Oakbrook Elementary School in Sterling Heights.
Also taking part in this year’s event were Cooley Law School and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association (DMBA).
The event raised just under $500 for charity. Pursuant to the game rules, the winning team got to select their charity of choice. The OCBA won and chose the Boys and Girls Club of South Okland.
