Update on export controls

Butzel Long attorneys Bill Eshelman (left) and Beth Gotthelf (right) were featured presenters during a program on Friday, May 15, at the Macomb-OU INCubator. The presentation was titled “International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Primer Update; the Current state of U.S. Export Controls; and, the Export Control Reform (ECR) Initiative.”  Eshelman, Butzel Long attorney and shareholder, is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Gotthelf, Butzel Long attorney, shareholder and director of Innovation and External Relations, is based in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office.
