GETTING TO KNOW: Howard Linden

Southfield attorney Howard Linden has more than 42 years of experience in probate practice and procedure. He is the co-founder of the Wayne County Probate Bar Association and also has been a magistrate in the 48th District Court in Oakland County for the last 16 years.

As a state-certified facilitator, Linden can analyze, digest, and resolve complex family communication issues, and then apply his depth of knowledge of the process to each individual situation before him. In addition to guiding individuals through their options and the appropriate legal solutions available to them, he is also called upon to mediate and facilitate complex probate, estate and trust matters.

A resident of Bloomfield Hills, Linden is a graduate of Detroit College of Law. He is the father of two and the proud grandfather of two granddaughters.

Having a sister.

Happy.

Sitting with my granddaughters.

Donald Trump – to undo so many things!

Gun control.

“Seriously?”

 How to make my job less stressful.

I love dried apricots and order them online.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Make all major decisions after waiting 24 hours.
