Getting Settled

The Association of Corporate Counsel Michigan Chapter presented a program on “Negotiating and Drafting Settlement Agreements”?on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the Skyline Club in Southfield. Among those taking part in a real-world discussion — from the perspective of both plaintiff's attorney and a defense attorney — of what is important to include in a settlement agreement were (l-r) James Partridge, director, Legal Management Consulting, Duff & Phelps; Marlo Roebuck and Maurice Jenkins of Jackson Lewis PC; Heidi Sharp of Burgess & Sharp PLLC; and Matthew Case of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
