The RISE?committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, presented “Speed Judging 2: Motion for Reconsideration” on Wednesday, March 11, at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. The event provided attorneys an opportunity to personally meet and mingle with multiple judicial officers in a regulated time frame. For this event, each judicial officer was seated at a separate table and had an interaction of no more than three minutes with several attorneys after which time period the attorneys rotated to another table and interacted with another judicial officer.
