A 'Voice' Over

A local version of “The Voice” proved to be a “smash hit” for The RESTORE Foundation last month. “Guest” appearances by Lady Gaga, Elvis, and Jerry Lee Lewis added spice to the June 24 festivities at the Iroquois Club in Bloomfield Hills, according to retired Judge Edward Sosnick, president of The RESTORE Foundation, which supplies funding for the drug court programs in Oakland County. “We got a great response to the event, and many are hopeful that we will do it every year,” said Sosnick. “Jan Peronis of Hertz Schram, Rosemarie Wilson of Miller Canfield, and Bill Urich of Urich Law all did a marvelous job, as did keyboardists Richard Victor and Dan McCarthy.”
