The D. Keith Center for Civil Rights in Detroit.  Taking part in the program were (l-r) Administrative Law Judge Samir Hanna, Nicole Huddleston, Oakland County 46th District Court Judge Debra Nance, D’Arius Dixon, Rose Thomas, Michael Jackson, Jason Ngo, Nikkiya Branch, Adrian Spinks, Wayne County Probate Court Judge David Braxton, Cantara Williams, Vassal Johnson II, Jolyna Chiangong, Jeffrey Collins, Sasha Leverett-Boyd, Jehan Crump-Gibson, Joline Davis, and Wayne County 36th District Court Judge Demetria Brue. This year the high school students’ essays were on the topic of: If Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. were alive, would he argue that blacks should focus on the #AllLivesMatter movement to focus more globally and generally on all lives or would he support the #BlackLivesMatter movement?
