High Qualities

Oakland County Circuit Court Administrator Kevin Oeffner (second from right) was recently honored with the Sanford Rosenthal Memorial Award by the Oakland County Bar Association. This award was established in memory of Sanford Rosenthal and is given annually to a person who exhibits the qualities of honesty, integrity, and professionalism that Rosenthal demonstrated throughout his lifetime. Oakland County Circuit Court Chief Judge Nanci Grant (second from left) presented the award to Oeffner who was unable to attend the OCBA Annual Dinner to receive the award. Also on hand to offer congratulations were Judge Joan E. Young (left), chief Circuit pro tem judge; and Judge Lisa Gorcyca (right), presiding Family Division judge.  Oeffner has been the Oakland County Circuit Court administrator for 17 years and prior to that was the deputy court administrator.
