High Qualities

Oakland County Circuit Court Administrator Kevin Oeffner (second from right) was recently honored with the Sanford Rosenthal Memorial Award by the Oakland County Bar Association. This award was established in memory of Sanford Rosenthal and is given annually to a person who exhibits the qualities of honesty, integrity, and professionalism that Rosenthal demonstrated throughout his lifetime.
