The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan presented “That’s Not What I Meant: Drafting Tips for Corporate and LLC Documents” on Wednesday, June 26, at the Columbia Center in Troy. The program discussed and provided sample language for drafting issues beyond the basics such as Deadlock, S elections by LLCs, Distributions and more.
