Foster Swift launches new fashion blog

Foster Swift attorney Deanna Swisher has launched a new blog addressing law and legal developments affecting the fashion industry. The Fosterfashion blog will be a resource for fashion designers, manufacturers, exporters, importers and retailers.

“As an attorney who regularly counsels designers and others in the industry, I see the common challenges they face,” Swisher said. “Our goal is to share useful general information and provide commentary that will help those in the fashion industry identify risks and avoid disputes.”

Swisher leads the firm’s fashion and design law team,  Fosterfashion. She continued her legal education at the Fashion Law Institute offered by Fordham University School of Law in New York City.

Subscribers will receive practical information on the latest in fashion law and also Swisher’s personal views on the intersection of fashion and culture in hopes of provoking a laugh, thoughtful discussion, or both. Subscribe to the blog at www.fosterfashion.net.
