PHOTO #1: The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, recently conducted its Summer Associate Program at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. The program is designed to bring together the summer associate clerks who are working in local firms in addition to federal judicial clerks and interns who are working in governmental agencies. It provides them an opportunity to hear from the federal judges about the practice of law in federal court.
