Event bolsters WSU Law scholarship fund

The James K. Robinson Scholarship Event was hosted recently by Wayne State University Law School at the London Chop House in Detroit. Welcoming guests to the fund-raising event were (left to right) U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commissioner Marietta Robinson of the James K. Robinson Scholarship Fund Committee, Wayne Law students Frank Moran and Jaron Bentley, and Wayne Law Dean Jocelyn Benson. Proceeds from the evening will be used to supplement the James K. Robinson endowed scholarship fund.  James K. Robinson, ’68, former partner at Honigman Miller, former U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, former U.S. assistant attorney general, and the seventh dean of Wayne Law, died four years ago.
