The American Board of Trial Advocate's Michigan Chapter will present a symposium titled “Right To Trial By Jury: Crisis or Crossroads” beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, at Wayne State University Law School Auditorium, 471 W. Palmer Ave. in Detroit.
Topics to be covered include:?The Magna Carta and History of Trial by Jury; Erosion of the Right to Trial by Jury; Judicial Viewpoints; and Where Do We Go from Here?
