Antitrust law examined at FBA seminar

The Antitrust Committee of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, recently presented a Lunch and Learn program featuring Wayne State University Law School Prof. Stephen Calkins (center) at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. Calkins, co-author of “Antitrust Law: Policy and Practice” and “Antitrust Law and Economics in a Nutshell,” presented a primer on antitrust law and pleading standards under Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly.  Thanking Calkins for his presentation were (left to right) Antitrust Committee Co-Chair E.
