'The Pervasiveness of Privacy' examined at SBM seminar

The State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section is hosting a panel discussion on “The Pervasiveness of Privacy” on Thursday, Dec. 8, at the Somerset Inn in Troy.

The event is scheduled from 5-7:30 p.m.

The panel will provide an overview of the privacy law landscape with focus on areas that may impact small business clients, including marketing privacy laws, financial and healthcare information along with ethical and legal considerations in the lawyer-client relationship.

Panelists include Michael Khoury of FisherBroyles LLP, along with Robert  Rothman and Keith Cheresko of Privacy Associates International LLC.

The cost to attend the panel discussion is $25 and includes a light dinner.
