Honoring judge with two decades on the federal bench

A portrait unveiling ceremony for U.S. District Court Judge Arthur Tarnow (fourth from right), Eastern District of Michigan, was held last month in Courtroom 100 of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. The ceremony honored Tarnow’s 20 years on the federal bench in Detroit. He was appointed in 1998 by President Bill Clinton. Tarnow’s family (above) was on hand to mark the occasion.
