Parmenter O'Toole expands, welcomes attorney and Muskegon native Brian R. Leibrandt

Parmenter O’Toole is proud to announce the addition of attorney, Brian R. Leibrandt.

Parmenter O’Toole is a law firm formed in 1992, when shareholders of Parmenter and Forsythe joined with O’Toole, Johnson, Potter, Rolf and Eklund (formerly Street and Sorenson), both started in the 1940s, decided to merge the two firms in order to provide a greater array of specialized legal services.

Leibrandt, shown at right, received his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2010 and is licensed as an attorney in both Michigan and Tennessee. Prior to attending law school,

Leibrandt graduated from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and an emphasis in economics. Leibrandt is from West Michigan, and is happy to call the lakeshore home.

At Parmenter O’Toole, Brian will concentrate his practice in commercial litigation as well as in the business and real estate areas.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and daughter, Enslie, playing golf, running, rock climbing, and reading.
