Last Friday and Saturday the art fair named number one in the state  for “Classic and Contemporary Craft Shows” attracted a record number of exhibitors. And none of them was complaining about the way things were going.

The Lakeshore Art Festival not only offered hundreds of artists and artisans, it also had kids’ activities, street performers, food, and community art.

Winners of the juried art competition were: 1st Place, Jon Lee; 2nd Place, Rommel Ricaurte; 3rd Place Chas Gerding; Honorable Mention Janey Payne Short; Committee’s Choice Kirk Decker.

The People’s Choice winners were, first, Pam’s Pantry; second, My Drawer Full of T-shirts, LLC; and third, Kiss My Grass Soapery.
