It was billed as "The Great Papadini Circus - Take Two." The ringleader, who normally sports judicial robes, wore a T-shirt and star-spangled top hat instead.

In real life, he is Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Edward Sosnick, but on Saturday, June 18, at Pierce Elementary School in Birmingham he was the self-made "Great Papadini," the headmaster of a crowd-pleasing circus.

The second annual event served as an opportunity for Judge Sosnick to treat his three grandchildren--Jane, Esther, and Abe--to a morning of circus fun, the likes of which would make the Ringling Brothers proud.
