Snyder to give 4th State of State speech Jan. 16

LANSING (AP) -- Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder will give his fourth State of the State address on Jan. 16. The Republican governor plans to address lawmakers in the state House chamber at 7 p.m. Details about TV, radio and Internet broadcasts will be announced at a later date.
