Federal Bar presents 2014 State of the Court Luncheon on Oct. 1
The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will kick off its annual State of the Court Luncheon Program on Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Woodward Ballroom of the Westin Book Cadillac located at Washington Boulevard and Michigan Ave. in Detroit. The reception will begin at 11:30 a.m. with luncheon following at noon.
The featured speaker will be U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen with the annual "State of the Court" address.
In addition, attorneys who have accepted pro bono assignments from the court in the past year will be honored
Ticket prices are $25 for chapter members; $35 for non-members. To register online, visit www.fbamich.org and click on "events."
Law firm sponsorship opportunities are still available for the opening luncheon and the three additional luncheons in the program which will be held in the coming months.
