Judicial vacancy at 46th District Court

There will be an opening at the Oakland County 46th District Court to fill the seat on the bench of vacating Judge William J. Richards.  The court serves Southfield, Lathrup Village, Beverly Hills, Franklin Village, Bingham Farms, and Southfield Twp.

Any State Bar of Michigan member who meets the legal qualifications for this office and is interested in applying can refer to Governor Snyder’s website (www.michigan.gov/snyder) and click on “Appointments” for further information and the judicial application.

In order to be appointed, applicants must reside within the judicial district. Along with the application, submit a copy of a résumé to Office of the Governor, Legal Division, 111 S. Capitol Avenue, P.O. Box 30013, Lansing, 48909.

The application deadline is Wednesday, April 22.
