Butzel Long attorney James Bruno shared legal insights on terms and conditions, commercial contracts, employment law, visas, mergers & acquisitions, and IMEX strategies during a program presented by the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) on Wednesday, July 29, at the MSU Management Center in Troy.  The title of the program was, “Supplier Success in Mexico.”  Bruno’s practice includes a focus on automotive and other industry supplier relations; international business law and foreign employment; closely held business; mergers and acquisitions; and joint ventures.

Butzel Long attorney Raul Rangel, a Mexican corporate attorney who is licensed to practice law only in Mexico, also was a featured speaker during the OESA program. Rangel is based in Butzel Long’s Washington, D.C. office, and is part of the firm’s corporate and international business practice.
