Miller Canfield’s Before the Bell Breakfast Forum provided a look at “Non-qualified Deferred Compensation” on Thursday, September 10, at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. Among those taking part in the informational meeting were (left to right) Linda Bomberski; Maria Baldysz, Mike Coakley, and Ken Sachs of Miller Canfield; Dan Elsey, and Diana Freeburg. Sachs provided a look at the current trends in non-qualified deferred compensation as well as legal obstacles and pitfalls.
