On Tuesday, Dec. 12, the Book Club of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, welcomed U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Raymond M. Kethledge (fifth from left), Sixth Circuit, co-author of “Lead Yourself First: Inspiring Leadership Through Solitude.”  On hand to discuss the book with Kethledge at the Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit were (left to right) U.S. District Court Judge Mark Goldsmith, Book Club Co-Chair Erica Fitzgerald, FBA Immediate Past President Susan Fairchild, Book Club Co-Chairs Andrew Doctoroff and David Fink, U.S. District Court Judge Laurie Michelson, FBA President Jeffrey Appel, and U.S. District Court Judges Avern Cohn and Terrence Berg.  Kethledge collaborated with co-author Michael S.
