On Tuesday, May 8, I. Eric Nordan (center) was sworn into the State Bar of Michigan by Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Denise Langford Morris (left) during a private ceremony. Shari Lesnick (right), Western Michigan University Cooley Law School career and professional development coordinator, sponsored Dr. Nordan’s admission. Nordan earned his PharmD, from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. Although he originally planned to continue to law school with the intent of becoming a patent attorney, he entered the retail world at Farmer Jack Pharmacies, and later worked for CVS before attending WMU-Cooley’s Auburn Hills campus. He graduated in January 2018 and was the recipient of the law school alumni association’s Distinguished Student Award.
