News (AP) - Driver's license reinstatement after DWI, DUI addressed

Attorney Mark Langschied has posted online articles covering Michigan driver's license restoration after a suspension or revocation. The articles cover a range of topics such as preparation for a license reinstatement hearing, evidence that may be submitted at a hearing, and the requirements for reinstating a Michigan driver's license.

"I want to share my knowledge and experience in Michigan driver's license reinstatement law by providing this free online resource," said Langschied. "The laws and process can be very confusing. The articles are a good starting point for gaining some knowledge about this area of law, what evidence you may submit at a hearing and what to expect at a hearing. However, I would urge individuals to contact an attorney familiar with this area of law for specific advice regarding their situation."

The new driver's license restoration web articles are provided as a free service by Langschied and can be found at http://www.marklangschiedlaw.com/articles.htm. Additional online resources are also located on the website, along with specific court locations in southeast Michigan where Mark Langschied handles cases.

As a southeast Michigan attorney for more than 20 years, Langschied handles a wide variety of cases including Michigan driver's license reinstatement, DUI and traffic ticket cases. Langschied handles cases throughout Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Monroe, and Livingston Counties.
