The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Juvenile Law Committee kicked off its Fundamentals of Juvenile Law – Year IV brown bag lunch lecture series with a seminar on “Expungements: General Juvenile, Criminal Sexual Registry and Central Registry” on Thursday, Aug. 12, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Oakland County Circuit Court Referee David Batdorf-Barnes (pictured) led the lecture. He also addressed expunging records from the Michigan Department of Human Services Central Registry, and the Michigan Sex Offender Registry Act.
