The 36th District Drug Treatment Court conducted its 44th graduation ceremony Sept. 30. The ceremony marks the completion for participants of an intensive 12-24 month program of comprehensive drug treatment, close supervision and full accountability. Judge Leonia J. Lloyd presided and Chief Judge Marilyn E. Atkins welcomed the graduates.
