The Association of Defense Trial Counsel conducted its April membership meeting featuring Macomb County Circuit Court Judge John C. Foster (third from right) on Tuesday, Apr. 12, at Gownie Golf Club. Welcoming Foster to the meeting were (l-r) ADTC Treasurer Dale Burmeister of Harvey Kruse PC, ADTC Director Jonathan Wayman, Fran Figurski of meeting sponsor Sherlock Investigations Inc, ADTC Vice President Charles Trickey III of Hom, Killeen, Siefer, Arene, & Hoehn; and ADTC President Paul Manion of Rutledge, Manion, Rabaut, Terry, & Thomas PC. Foster talked about what he expected out of attorney in his courtroom and asked what attorneys expect out of him “so that we can mutually get where we belong with these cases in litigation.”
