Honigman’s Social, Mobile and Emerging Media Industry Group presented “Keeping Your Business Ahead of the Digital Media Curve:  Reducing legal risk in today’s social, mobile and emerging media” at the Westin Book Cadillac Detroit on Thursday, April 18. The program featured several topics of interest to companies large and small, including recent developments in social media law; retention and discovery of social media data; mobile media in the workplace; and privacy standards for websites and mobile apps.
