The Real Property Law Section (RPLS) of the State Bar of Michigan offered its 2013-2014 “Groundbreakers” Breakfast Roundtable Series with “Leasing Boot Camp—Part 1” on Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. Among those taking part in the program were (l-r) Bingham Farms attorney Kevin Macaddino, David G. Michael of Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth, & Heller PC; Glen Zatz of Bodman PLC; Mark Krysinski of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer, & Weiss PC; Christopher Martella of Dorn Martella PLLC; Casey Koppelman of Dykema Gossett PLLC; Daniel Halprin of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy, & Sadler PLC; and Phillip Neuman of Couzens, Lansky, Fealk, Ellis, Roeder, & Lazar PC. “We put on three continuing legal education programs every year where we pick a topic—this one happens to be leasing—and we get about eight table leaders to discuss subtopics within that,” said Katz who is RPLS “Groundbreakers” program chair.
