The Association of Corporate Counsel Michigan Chapter presented “Class Action Update: Changes on the Horizon?” on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Birmingham Athletic Club. ?Speaking at the program were Stephanie Douglas (left) and Patrick Seyferth of Bush, Seyferth, &?Paige PLLC. “We’re giving an update on class actions and litigation strategies for class actions,” Douglas noted. “We are going to highlight the cases that are before the Supreme Court and the projected outcomes.”
