The Oakland County Adult Treatment Court (ATC) recently conducted its 55th graduation since its inception in August of 2001. Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Hala Jarbou (front row, third from left) was among the judges to preside over the ceremony for the 282nd through the 291st graduates on Wednesday, July 11, in the Board of Commissioners’ Auditorium at the Oakland County Courthouse in Pontiac. The ATC offers a sentencing alternative for non-violent felony offenders with serious substance abuse problems.
