The Michigan Association for Justice presented a “Discovery Rules Evening Forum” for MAJ plaintiff attorney and paralegal members on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Westin in Southfield. Among the speakers at the forum was U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Anthony Patti, Eastern District of Michigan, who provided “The Judicial Perspective—Effective Case Planning and Discovery Under the Revised Court Rules.”
