FAQs

Is ICLE still open for business?

Yes. ICLE staff are working remotely. Only the ICLE building is now temporarily closed. We are continuing to update your online resources.

Why is ICLE temporarily closing its building?

We are following Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order issued on March 23, 2020.

Do you have any free resources to help me right now?

Yes. Here are Michigan-specific, COVID-related resources to help your practice. Most can be accessed for free.

Check back frequently to see what’s new: www.icle.org/updates/COVID19.

Can I still make new purchases?

Yes, most of our products are available for purchase online with a credit card at www.icle.org. We are able to process online payments for the Partnership, online books, online certificates, event registrations, and more.

Can I still talk with someone if I have any questions?

Yes. Let us know how we can help: icle@umich.edu or 877-229-4350 (M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

If I am expecting shipment of a print book, will that still get mailed?

If your book order was processed prior to the shutdown, we expect the shipment to arrive. Please contact us to check on your order. We are happy to provide temporary access to the online version for previously ordered books that have not yet shipped. We will work with you individually.

How will I know if changes are made to live events?

If you are registered for any live events, you will be emailed about any changes as soon as decisions are made. We are evaluating each upcoming event and deciding whether to postpone, cancel, or change to an on-demand virtual event. Check our web page frequently for updates.
