Detroit Bar Association installs 2021-22 officers, to honor legal leaders at 2021 annual meeting

The Detroit Bar Association – “Raising the Bar through Networking, Practice and Community Service” – will welcome its slate of 2021-22 officers at the Detroit Bar Association 185th annual meeting and awards presentation on June 23 at the Roostertail in Detroit.

Incoming officers and board members:

  • Robert Murkowski, President – Miller Canfield;
  • Daniel Shirey, Past President – Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook;
  • Paul Millenbach, President-Elect – Foster Swift Collins & Smith PC;

• Liberty Bell Award – Benny N. Napolean, Wayne County Sherriff, posthumously: In recognition of outstanding service performed by a citizen who has given his time and energy to strengthen the effectiveness of the American system of freedom under law, in keeping with the spirit of our Constitution.
