Goss was the original managing partner of the McDonald Hopkins’ Detroit office. He also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. For more than 35 years, he has been extensively involved in business restructuring matters, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, especially in the automotive industry, other manufacturing businesses and large regional franchisees.
Goss earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1983 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1980.
