Three partners in the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP have co-authored a chapter on electronic discovery in a new text from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

Charles Ash, Janet Ramsey and Jonathan Moore have contributed “Discovery of Electronic Evidence” to the second edition of Michigan Civil Procedure.  The book, which is a reference guide used by judges, attorneys and law students throughout the state, covers a wide variety of topics, including jurisdiction and venue, pretrial practice, motions, trial preparation, jury selection, and other litigation-related topics.
