Koelzer is a member of the firm’s corporate practice team and focuses on contracts, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, secured transactions, and corporate governance. He has experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and banking.
Recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship and of the Merit Certificate in Corporate Finance, Koelzer received his J.D. cum laude from University of Michigan Law School. He graduated magna cum laude from University of Michigan with his bachelor’s in Business Administration, and was a James B. Angell
