Attorney David S. LeFere has joined Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones PLC, a law firm based in Grand Rapids, as a member.
Over the past eight years, David has developed a thriving practice representing manufacturing businesses in Michigan relating to his unique expertise on the Michigan Special Tools and Mold Lien Acts.
David is a graduate of Albion College (Magna Cum Laude), and Michigan State University College of Law (Magna Cum Laude). He specializes in corporate business law, corporate governance, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private financing structures, commercial disputes and negotiations, entity selection and formation, UCC lien filing and enforcement, and real estate law, including real estate sales and acquisitions.
David is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Visser Family YMCA in Grandville. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
